Create a Primal Recipe Video for a Chance to Win Primal Gear!
The current theme: Seafood
How it Works:
Think of this as the Primal Version of Iron Chef. You’ll go head to head against other Primal Blueprinters as you prepare your best Primal dish.
1. Create an upload your video to YouTube (or Vimeo or any other video hosting site). When uploading your video please title the video “Primal Blueprint Recipe:” followed by your own creative sub-title. This makes it easy to search for Primal Blueprint videos. If the video isn’t titled properly it will not be entered in the contest.
2. Email me the link. Please make the subject of your email “Primal Recipe Contest”.
The video needs to relate both to the current theme and the Primal Blueprint Eating philosophy. The more Primal the better.

When four Primal Blueprint Recipe Videos have been published on Mark’s Daily Apple a random drawing will be held for those four entrants.
The Fine Print:
- The video needs to be an original video made for the purposes of this contest.
- Your video needs to be submitted during the period in which the current theme is active.
- Your video is always eligible to be published on Mark’s Daily Apple. That is, if your video isn’t published during the month in which it was submitted, but is instead published three months later you will be entered into that month’s contest and for that month’s prize.
