Good use of the terrain Pieter. You have an incline with obstacles to negotiate in your bare feet no less. Excellent for balance and eye foot coordination for more of a complete physical workout.

I’ve always been envious of the upper body strength of men. Still am but enjoyed watching your workout. Looks hard but effective. Maybe I could start with a little branch.
