Naomi’s Goals: “Go from current 191 lbs to 140lb drop the half hundredweight :0) Fit into my very expensive Alpinestars motorcycle leathers and go for a spin. Look strong and healthy for my nude photoshoot (xmas present for my fiance) in Oct 2012 – already booked and paid for !!!! Thank you for the inspiration and running the site and forums so well. Grok on!”
Update – 07/13/12: “I know you were asking for updates for those of us whom took up the challenge earlier in the year. I haven’t taken any new photos but I do have news to report: Still in transition to full PB eating but probably 60% there and when I do the phase “I feel awesome” falls out of my mouth along with persistent happiness and energy so I can only imagine what 80/20 would do for me :0)
I have joined a new gym which does very primal training, Tyre flips, sledgehammers and ropes: totally awesome I spend my evenings grinning like a loon despite being a number of years older (think at least a decade) and with all of this in combination I have dropped a dress size and gained 7lb!!!! Go figure. This is primarily due to the writings on Mark’s Daily Apple and Juli at Paleomg guiding me and providing inspiration.
Also in celebration I have finally purchased The Primal Blueprint, 21 Day Transformation and the 90 Day Journal, all of which are ready and waiting for my holiday so I can read and inwardly digest, so from post holiday I can go proper Primal. Thank you”
