		<description>Hi. I watch "Know the Cause" every morning on PBS and am a huge fan, so I thought I'd check our website, and I LOVE it! I already do most of what you suggest here, except I do consume several Lean Cuisines weekly (probably 2-3). I'm working toward eating less of them, and your idea about having salad at work is something I'm going to incorporate, even though I tire of salads easily :-P Anyway, thanks for this most informative website - you're bookmarked now!</description>
