Have a great time everyone!!! I SO wish I could be there with y’all again, but the life of an actor means watching the wallet!
Grock ON, my friends!
Love from Singapore,
Tim
We were thinkin’ of ya, Tim! As you know, it was a fun-filled time. Hope you’re well!
Man, last year’s looks like it was a lot of fun. Can’t wait to see the pics and good times from this years. And next years (hope there is one) is already on my calendar!
Looks like so much fun. I wish I could be there. Maybe next year!
I am pumped about some personal health changes – so I love to see a communal passion for this lifestyle!
looks lovely! *jealous*
windy & snow at my house
savin up for nxt yr for sure!!!
You Grok-folks have a wonderful time & we can’t wait to hear from all of you!
Same here – snow, ice, and cold! Wish I could see some green soon!
Oh, so jealous! I was going to go this year, but it’s right in the middle of the semester…can’t wait for next year – this is going to be my graduation present to myself.
Jealous! I’ve got to try and make it out next year. Maybe my wife will surprise me with an early birthday present in 2012? She knows I really want to go but finances are tight. One day!!
Looks like a lot of fun and learning. Keeping building the tribe!
Again, I wish I could be there but my hubby and I moved to NYC!! Enjoy the Cali sun, y’all!
i’m so freakin’ jealous… I need to make it to that next year!
Thinking about next year…
But pink kettlebells? Really? I’d go heavier and injure myself just to avoid touching ‘em.
Aw come on. Pink ain’t nothin’ but a color
I’m not much of a feminist… but even I found powder pink to be silly… I’d go heavier too.
Believe me. After enduring all the activity we endured, you would want pink kettle bells too
I will probably be sore for a few more days after all we did.
Karen,
Revel, in being a WOMAN!
“PINK IS POWERFUL” Have you noticed
how men are now sporting OUR pink?
They so have pink envy.
I was there last year and it was one of the best weekends of my life. Ah..the memories. Can’t wait to read the blog all weekend long!! Thanks Aaron..
I always say you can judge a health and wellness concept by the health of the people it tends to attract.
There’s a lot of portly MDs at nutrition conferences but that’s a pretty healthy looking group of folks to me.
Looks like a bigger crowd than last year. Hope everyone has a great time!
Jealous! Sometimes I wish I didn’t live in freaking Australia!
Hmmm, I’m jealous. Wish I could be there.
I am envious. Next year I WILL be there. Keep the pictures and videos coming. Love it!
Do it. Go. Start saving today. It is such an awesome experience. If you go I will be seeing you there! I am signing up on day 1.
I am one of the 80 attendees. It has been an absolute blast from the very start. For me it started in LAX where I met up with 4 others. We picked up 2 from Australia in Santa Monica and took the shuttle to Oxnard, CA from there. That night was a blast. We enjoyed happy hour and then I got to meet Mark. Him and Brad then gave an overview of the event. I had a late dinner – a sirloin steak then got some much needed sleep.
All the activities have been awesome but the best part, hands down, is meeting other people who live the same lifestyle. It has been very special for me because I have amazing fans. I felt like I knew a few people and when I introduced myself and about half said, “oh yea, primal toad?!” the feeling was incredible.
We all know a secret and its such a blessing to be a part of it. Having the chance to talk with Mark was an honor as well. He is such a down to Earth guy and knows whats best.
Tomorrow we get into ultimate frisbee, some challnges, barefoot ted, etc. and of course more awesome food. I had TUNA & STEAK with awesome veggies tonight. Tomorrow is a mediterranean theme.
Grok on everyone! More meetups are popping up everywhere. Like I said, meeting people who live the sam lifestyle has been the best part. Meetups allow you to do just that!
Having a great time so far; I already wish day one weren’t over. The sprinting class and posture workshop were highlights for me. I’m so glad I came out from NYC for it. I’m signing up for next year as soon as it’s announced!
I look at this, then look outside, and then feel distinctly envious.
Wow! Wow! Wow!
I am speechless…. I soooooo want to be there. I’m in the UK right now and even though I’m fighting to spread the Primal word a lot of people still stuck in the conventional wisdom of “whole grains” and draining yourself in the gym for nothing….
I believe a PrimalCon in europe would have success at some point (maybe 2012-2013?) We just need to gather more people here and collaborate with Mark to organise it!
All I know right now is that I will be in the US for the PrimalCon 2012!
I love this lifestyle!
Grok on!
Aren’t those hippity hops?
Mark, you have integrated fitness and fun into an incredibly attractive package. Do you have any more thoughts for events like this?
back at work after an awesome, life changing weekend at primal con 2011…. reading through the posts on m.d.a. of the weekend.
first and foremost…. it was so.much.fun. oh man. we played. we ate. we laughed. we made new friends. we learned new things.
thank you. thank you. thank you. to mark and all the camp counselors!!
we will be there next year!!
i’m off to do my own blogging……..
Wow. Some pretty serious looking sunburns on a few people. Can we get these people some shade, Mark?
