2-3 tblsp tahini
2-3 cloves garlic

pinch sea salt and cayenne
Steam 2 bunches of kale and then toss to coat while still hot.
Put 1 large chopped red onion and 2 cloves garilc and 2-3 tblsp olive oil in a sautee pan on med hi heat. when they start to caramelize I add about quarter of a cup of balsamic vinegar and alow that to reduce slightly.
