Jessica’s Goals: “My goal is to loose fat, have more energy and be healthy. I then want to inspire others from my journey like you have inspired so many of us.”
Update – 04/12/12: “My progress has definitely slowed down, I know that this is probably due to the fact that I don’t have much fat left to loose. I do not limit my nut, fruit and dairy products consumption (heavy cream and cheese mostly) so I know that is playing a part in the slow down…er.. my wine drinking may have something to do with that too! I am comfortable where I am at so I indulge. Note that I said comfortable and not that I have reached my goal by any means! I am making some adjustments to that in order to reach my goal.
Current goal as of 4/09: Lose the remaining fat that is in my upper arms and legs as well as my belly. I want to see strong thighs, defined arms/shoulders and something that resembles abs!”
