Another point to consider are the people (GASP!!) that may be holding you back or keeping you in a bad habit death spiral.  Often times, we lose motivation because our friends and family don&#039;t support us, or even conspire to help us fail.  I know it sounds devious but it&#039;s more about their own insecurities than specifically taking action against you. Be conscious of that.  

Triggers are really just circumstances that develop or are created by our own actions.</description>
