A co-worker told me today about a local deli that serves a mean bison burger. I may drop by this weekend, drop the bun, and give it a try!
Bison is great. So is elk. Yay meat!
Very true. Both elk and bison are really good. I place near where I used to work in Ohio had the best burgers. I always called and ordered the double “horseburger” because I knew it wasn’t regular beef. Finally they got sick of me calling them horseburgers and told me they were bison. I went in with my dad and saw bison meat signs all of the place.
