Today's workout consisted of double kettlebell (my KB's travel with me on all vacations) clean and thruster 5x5 in the brisk 34 degree clean mountain air, it was very invigorating! The rest of my day will consist of me walking around the mall watching everyone else gorge themselves on junk food and get extremely stressed out trying to find the perfect gift!
