  5. Have a great Holiday, relaxing weekend, eat some great food, maybe get outside with the pets and most importantly, thanks for developing one of the more solid and informative blogs out there today.

  6. The Thanksgiving’s over now (I guess, I am in a different time zone) and I hope you didn’t fall into an addiction to carbs :)
Like Dr. Davis once shared a case on his blog – a lady started with a small cake from wheatflour at a party and thereafter she kept on for months until she gained back 30 pounds or so ;)

  7. Hey all, I’m up in the Poconos (PA) at the in-laws for Thanksgiving. Today’s workout consisted of double kettlebell (my KB’s travel with me on all vacations) clean and thruster 5×5 in the brisk 34 degree clean mountain air, it was very invigorating! The rest of my day will consist of me walking around the mall watching everyone else gorge themselves on junk food and get extremely stressed out trying to find the perfect gift! Oh well, I’ll make the best of my situation. Have a great day.
