Hey Mark - I was just reading the inflammation blog from another day and it occurred to me that I'd heard somewhere that green tea was a great internal anti-inflammatory...any truth to that?

I really love your site!

Nice one for getting on Fox News! Such a good way to spread the word on low-carb living.
The Europeans have just found that low-carb, high-protein is actually the best way to keep off weight after a period of weight loss. The Diogenes Project's preliminary results look encouraging, thought guys here might want to have a look:

Thanks!

Excellent interview.

You need to get on Oprah and enlighten Dr. Oz. I saw him recommend to a 50 year old women that was working out a lot but not losing weight, that she needed to get her heart rate up and go longer on the elliptical. That women will just get hungrier and eat even more. (My wife taped it. I don't actually watch Oprah. Honest.)

Mark, I' a big fan, daily lurker/first time poster and major beneficiary of your advice. A quick observation that I hope is useful. In the future I suspect you'll have more opportunities for this type of interview and you are a natural. Going forward, you may want to have a quicker, more pithy "sound-byte" opening when people turn you loose on a subject. You have so much information to share you were like a race horse ready to burst out of the gate. A simple, memorable encapsulation of your major point that can be said with conviction is always a great way to lead off an interview. Here's hoping you have many more to come. You are the perfect spokesman for a very important movement.

Thanks again, everyone, for the support. I was pleased with how it all came together. The insulin message needs to get out there.

See you on the couch, MizFit!
