That means full body weight training (not just the spot exercises you are doing now)two or three times a week. Also, I&#039;d want to be sure you are doing the intervals twice week and no more, since, if you do them right, you can&#039;t possibly do them every day. That might mean even cutting back a day or two on the cardio. Of course, stay on the low carb program (use fitday.com to keep yourself honest). In a few months you&#039;ll see a low-fat well-sculpted body. Keep us posted  :-)</description>
