What is your usual source of fat for the day - how many grams do you think you consume - please indicate whether you are maintaining or trying to lose.

  2. Usual sources are butter and olive oil. Recently made the switch to whole milk also. I track on fitday.com and am averaging 48% per day and that comes out to be about 74 grams per day. I am trying to lose 10 pounds.

My source of fat is animal (directly, or cooked in lard), but I get a little from nuts (I don't eat dairy). I get maybe 70% fat, 200g.

I have pretty much zero visible body fat, but I'm still losing a tiny bit. My main focus is on putting on muscle.

on a 2500-3000 kcal intake, I am at around 65-70 e% fat. additional fat comes from butter, coconut oil and olive and flax oil.

I think I eat mostly coconut oil, then followed by butter, then a tiny bit of olive oil. My diet is 60-70% fat.
