Hey, if you are not already, you should subscribe to "The Primal Blueprint Insider" emails! Great little nuggets of wisdom from MDA. Just got the one on Intermittent Fasting, and it was a great little nudge. Just a little more than covered here in the Blog and Forums. Glad I signed up. NOT spammy, and not a frequent email deluge, just an occasional solid piece of masonry to put in your brick wall of primal livin'
