I'm not sure what to say. I would generally be against a seed oil. But this is interesting. I am not sure if this is the high oleic safflower oil or the high linoleic type. But the conclusion that fat can be good is a step in the right direction

Too little for too short a time to have meaningfully affected their eicosanoid system with the additional omega-6, probably. With the caveat that I've been thinking about it lately, taking capsules of oil seems a lot like the Shangri-la diet practice of taking a tablespoon or so of flavorless oil before meals, with a goal of unlinking taste and calories in the brain. They were simply instructed not to consciously alter their diet, but they may have unconsciously consumed fewer calories if the fat supplements increased satiety signals.
