  1. I'm loving the concept of Primal Journals for this section of the site. It looks like "dalverez" was the first to start a proper journal in this board.

I encourage others to use this space to track their daily progress. To start a "Primal Journal" just begin a new topic with the Topic Title as "Primal Journal (your handle/username)" as dalvarez has done.

On a related note I'm also loving the concept of "dailies". As dalvarez and others have been doing, simply list the Primal meals you've eaten throughout the day to track your own progress and to share your choices with other Grokkers. Here is an example from dalvarez:

Day 10: Primal Food Intake Today:

B: Eggs + Spinach, Peppers, Onions 2 strips of Bacon
    S: Almonds + Green Tea
L: Beef Patty w/Lettuce, tomato, + 1 round slice of pineapple
    S: Almonds + Green Tea
D: Beef Stir fry w/Red Onions, Yellow Peppers w/Mixed Greens +Sun flower seeds

Thanks to dalvarez and everyone else for getting this forum off to a great start. The community is strong and vibrant and I look forward to checking in every day.

You are welcome! ;) Weekends are tough for me to log (yes, they are primal) but I'll try to keep my weekday accountability.

    Thanks!

That's a very nice idea, I'm sure this'll be valuable for a lot of people.
And I think it would be even better of you chose to put some of those journal entries on the front page every now and than, Mark.

    Pretty much like this. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum/topic/primal-blueprint-sample-menu-redux
