Yesterday... while not so bad total calories wise, wasn't the best low carb day I've had. It was also a complete rest day, no workout and no walking. But here goes:

B: Buffalo Jerky, blackberries and tamari almonds. Despite that this was from a health food store, the Jerky had a ton more carbs on it than I expected... next time, read the label!

L: Baked potato w/chili, cheese, onions, sourcream and butter. Not the best choice, but considering what else was available.... better than other things. I should have went IF, looking back.

D: Tuna steak cooked in goat butter and garlic. Husband decided to marinate it in strawberry flavored kombucha. Not too bad! Oh, and asparagus with a bit more butter from the pan.

S: Blueberries and cream because I wanted something sweet and also needed to add a bit more fat in.

    Macros:

    F: 63.9 g (39%)

    C: 113 g (31%)

    P: 111 g (30%)

    Calories: 1,454

While the potato kept me full for many hours, I don't think I'll be eating another one for quite awhile. The buffalo jerky was also a disappointment. Low in fat and high in carbs from whatever it was marinated in, I guess.

Today... was good. Mmm. Got up, did a little gardening, took a nap midafternoon, went out and exercised and then went to dinner... and afterwards, a trip to the bookstore.

    B: IF

    S: Greek style yogurt

L: 2 eggs cooked in the fat of 2 slices of bacon, w/onion and a few slices of avocado.

D: 16 oz ribeye, a small side salad and a skewer of roasted veggies. 1 beer.

    WoD:

Mowed a section of grass with a push mower. At the gym, it was pullups with an offset of 130 lbs, chest presses with dumbells, squats with 50 lbs of weight, seated rows and deadlifts.

    Macros:

    F: 127.2 g (57%)

    C: 50 g (10%)

    P: 135.7 g (28%)

    Calories: 1,987

I checked out the scale at the gym today. No change, weight wise, from Monday. But it read my body fat percentage was lower. My husband said, it must be muscle.
