    brekkie: scrambled eggs w/ salsa & spicy sausage; coffee w/ cream
    lunch: salmon patties & celery salad
    snack: pepperoni & mozzarella (made pizza for the kids & couldn't resist!)
    supper: IF'd

    No WOD, had a massage this eve. The massage therapist says to me: "Holy crap, you've lost some weight!" I see her every 6 weeks, so I must be looking pretty good. :)

    WOD: body weight exercises & 1 1/2 hour hike with the kidlets. We had a wicked good time.

    WOD: 1.5 miles o'dog walkies; did do about 24 squats w/ the 5 year having a piggyback. We totally playing!

    WOD: 25 squats, 15 pushups, arm weights

    lunch: leftover salmon patty & turnips
    supper: ground beef & pork sausage w/ tomato sauce over spaghetti squash.
    Did a wicked cleaning of the house! Eeeek!

    lunch: 2 fried eggs, spicy sausage (I think I put bacon on the survival week post! Oops!).
    supper: 2 salmon patties & mashed cauliflower

    Checked out the wrapper for the dark choco I had Friday - had wheat in it!!! That would explain horrible headache Friday & the nosebleed today. Crap!

    Monday - completely don't remember!

    Tuesday

    lunch: 2 fried eggies & probably something else
    supper: chicken curry

    Wednesday:
    brekkie: coffee w/ cream; eggs, salsa & sauteed cabbage & sausage w/ guacamole
    supper: coconut meatballs. soooo yummy! apple for dessert

    Thursday
    brekkie: coffee w/ cream; 2 fried eggies
    supper: buffalo patty w/ cheese & guac; sauteed cabbage w/ chili powder

    Friday
    Brekkie: coffee w/ cream; bacon & coconut pancakes - the kids even ate them!
    Supper: beef & mushroom stew

    lunch: 2 egg/spinach muffins, turkey, ham, swiss rolled up; apple, coffee
    supper: baked lemon pepper haddock, sauteed kale
    WOD: another jog around the neighborhood with the dog plus then a walk around with the doggy. She totally has my number now & is really enjoying the jog!

    OMG, your food sounds so yummy. :)

    I'm gonna make some egg muffins tomorrow I think. Need to get some fillings for them- maybe onions and peppers.
