  1. Day 26 Food as Fuel:

    Peach.

    Spinach salad with hard boiled eggs, avocado, mixed veggies, and lemon-dijon dressing.

    Chicken cacchetore and sauteed zucchini.

    Mixed greens salad with blueberries, peaches, walnuts, and cranberry-orange dressing.

    Stifado with roasted carrots, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms.

    Mango and banana with coconut milk and almonds.

    (Bumping the carbs up a bit today -- have 20 tons of hay to stack starting tomorrow!)

    Day 26 Workout:

    Rest day.

    Lots of farm work to prep for hay delivery -- raking, shoveling, etc.

    Plus, regular farm chores and 4+ miles of dog walks.

  2. Day 27 Food as Fuel:

    Hay Day Hash (sweet potatos, veggies, and beef) with fried eggs.

    Banana with almond butter.

    Spinach salad with chicken, avocado, and mixed veggies.

    Trail mix with nuts, dried fruit, and some white chocolate pieces that were murder on carb cravings -- good thing it was a hard work (extra carb) day on the farm!

    Marinara over baked spaghetti squash.

    Spoonful of almond butter.

    Day 27 Workout:

    5 hours of stacking hay. No-joke primal workout. Plus regular farm chores.

    Almonds.

    Spinach salad with leftover chicken, beef, avocado, and mixed veggies.

    Apple with almond butter.

    Spaghetti squash with marinara and grilled chicken.

    Nut butter and dark chocolate (1 oz).

    Day 28 Workout:

    More hay stacking. 7 tons (did 10 yesterday). Plus farm chores, a 9-mile equine endurance conditioning ride, and 2 mile dog walk.
