Thought this would be useful for future newcomers. Some that come to my mind right now:

MDA = Marks Daily Apple
SAD = Standard American Diet
PUFAs = Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids
CW = Conventional Wisdom
o-3 / n-3 / w-3 = Omega 3
GC BC = Good Calories, Bad Calories (book by Gary Taubes)
o-6:o-3 or o-6/o-3 = Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio

SFA = Saturated Fatty Acids
MUFA = Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acids

The following are specific to the forum:

CO = Coconut Oil
CM = Coconut Milk (not as common as CO)

Or OCO = Organic Coconut Oil, OVCO = Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
