Morning workout:
8 x 100m sprints
15 minutes of bodyweight circuits
90 minute walkLunch:
4 scrambled eggs
4 slices of bacon
Romaine lettuceDinner:
2 pork chops
broccoli, cauliflower, onions, spinach, asparagus, kale cooked in olive oil in spices in a tin foil bag on the BBQDessert:
a bowl of mixed frozen berries

It probably was a fair ask in a new thread as maybe not all PB eaters are losing weight? ... and many don't bother with a daily journal.

BTW Tarlach.
I would think(and probably many with me), it would be very interresting to see your 100%paleo journal. Bet there's some goodies in there for us PB'ers.

It's pretty boring. I usually just eat a handful of nuts throughout the day and then a big meal for dinner. Something like Pork belly or grass-fed steaks on the BBQ.
I also get bored logging things, so it wouldn't last long. I deleted a blog I started, when I didn't update it for weeks on end..

Maybe boring from an "experimental cooking" point of view, but not from an "eating and being healthy" perspective. But I know what you mean, my primal journal is not one of great variation either.

My wife is the great kitchen experimenter. She's come up with some great recipes and keeps threatening to put them in a cookbook. It it happens I'll let everyone know (it will be quite strict paleo, so perfectly PB)
She's making something vaguely like Thai green curry fish tonight...
