    OK those of you who can tell me if this is "good" or not. :) I'm going to post exactly as it says in the print-out I got today. I'm 32, female, five feet tall, 102 pounds, 18% body fat according to a body fat scale. This blood sample was taken at week three of my 30-day challenge. I have no baseline data to compare it to.

    Glucose= 90, reference range 70-105 (this was after 12 hours of fasting)

    Cholesterol total=183, reference range 0-200
    Triglyceride level=37, reference range 40-160
    HDL=86, reference range 35-55
    LDL=89.6, reference range=0-100

    I'm not sure if the "reference range" matters but it was on the printout.

    Overall they say I am "low risk" but that's just too vague for me. I already knew that anyway.

    Thanks for your help! :)

    JamieBelle-- It's very good :)

    Your HDL is nice and high, your triglycerides nice and low and even LDL which doesn't matter much, isn't that high either.

    All in all, it's just about perfect!

    You are very low risk.
