im in the middle of a discussion or actually a fullon attack because i mentioned my FIL who has acute leucemia was reccommended by his doc to abstain from any artificially manufactured fat (margarines) and sweeteners and use natural fats like butter and lard instead. Theres a person who almost accused me of fullon lying because how could that ever be true that butter is good for you but all the CW advertised health-margarines arent. So im trying to gather some peer-reviewed articles to support my cause :)

Try to get hold of some of U. Ravnskovs work. "Fat and cholesterol are good for you" is a great book to kill the fright of fat.

BTW saw you´re from Finland. if you´re swedish speaking/reading, it is originally called "fett och kolesterol är nyttigt" and is probably easier to get hold of.
Good to see some people of the north in here....
