It's on my queue already. :) I watched King Corn last night and will be watching Food Inc as soon as it comes. It says "long wait" though. :(

Theoretically Netflix is giving it to me today. :)
I saw King Corn a couple weeks ago. What did you think of it, FlyNavyWife? I was fascinated by it.

I actually bought mine from Amazon.com. Had to pre-order it:)
King Corn is a great documentary.Posted 2 weeks ago # -
Jamie, I thought it was a really neat thing that those guys did, and I also thought it was interesting how unbiased they were. They basically just showed what happens to the corn grown in Iowa and that was that - very little commentary about it, leaving the viewer to reach their own conclusions.

FNW, exactly! That's what I thought too - that it was left to us to intepret it. And something about the movie, maybe the music, made it very poignant.

Poignant is a good word for it.
I like how they talked about the old days and their grandparents who used to live in that town...and how they showed the farmers who weren't exactly keen on ingesting their own crops. That says a lot.

Got my copy yesterday from Amazon (I pre-ordered it months ago, but did get a chance to see it in theaters). It's a good movie, along with FatHead, and King Corn.
