   Don't sweat it OtB. I don't see it as "closed" now. FWIW a few minutes ago I posted a reply to the "Fat Loss: Resistance training v. Aerobic exercise" thread. My reply included a link to one of the "Definitive Guides" and a few words about the importance of low level aerobic activity. It appeared, then disappeared, then reappeared.

   I wondered if it was that anti-spam thing that has cropped up here.

   No, I don't do Facebook or Twitter. Like I need to spend even more time on the computer? Not. Nor do I think I have a huge adoring fan base that cares.

   Please, do copy! If I intended for it to be private, I wouldn't have posted it.
