   i just wanted to say thank you to whoever linked up the 'shepherds pie' recipe on the site. i used ground bison instead and thought i'd miss the potato but no! the cauliflower mash was INCREDIBLE!!! the hubs told me i knocked it out of the park with dinner last night :) it was so good! i can't wait to eat the leftovers!

   p.s. i used curry and tumeric instead of the rosemary/thyme for a savory twist! 1tbsp curry, 1tsp tumeric mmm

   Oh wow, that sounds fabulous. We love a cottage pie, but the potato topping is clearly an issue...
