yep I use to use that all the time.
now I sware by local bee pollen for my allergies and it is much cheaper...a pinch under the tongue daily xoxo Darlene

I was thinking of that too Darlene. Raw Honey, local bee pollen, heck, the real lovely stuff is the raw Royal Jelly, but it's hard to get and expensive as heck!

Marlene's in Fed way has the local bee pollen in the fridge section...my ND told me it is the best to take
and I get a little bag of it and it lasts me a long time and it isn't very expensive! xoox Darlene
