    Coconut milk question

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
I'm trying to gain some weight and have been thinking a good and healthy way to do this would be by drinking a can of coconut milk daily. Apparently it has like 1000 cals.

Is this a healthy way to up my cal intake and help with weight gain?

    Sounds good to me.

Coconut milk question: Where are the coconut's udders and how do you attach them to the milking machine?

But seriously, coconut milk is a great source of fat which is good for energy, but if you're trying to gain weight by building muscle then it's protein that you want. Coconut is not a great source of protein.

Im no expert, but if you want body fat i think you want carbs, perferably starchy veggies. Potatos and stuff.

Mmmmmmm just got the idea of making mashed potatos with coconut milk

Sure, if you just want to add some fat to your diet then coconut milk would be a good primal way to add some calories. I'm trying to get my body fat percentage down a bit lower than it is now still so, adding body fat seems like a very foreign concept to me.

Thanks. And yes I think the vast majority of primal heads are tryin to lose body fat.

Ok so I'll give it ago and I think I'll add sweet potatoes somewhere in the loop.

You're right. Why are you wanting to add fat out of curiosity?
