I moved slowly yesterday...took a long walk on our river trail during the hated driver's ed.
Made a yummy tuna salad for dinner...I'll post seperatly.
Got ont he scale last night...hasn't budged, although clothes feel looser.
Dinner last night was cod, brocolli w/greek dressing and a sprinkle of feta cheese.
Did 40 min ont he eliptical...kind of sprinting now and then...and bench press. 75lbs...kind of impressed with myself!
