Try roasting a couple of heads of garlic before adding to the butter. Roasted garlic has been a favorite around here for a long time.

I made ghee this weekend from 3 packs of kerrygold. This is the closest in taste to what we get in India.
Of all the store bought butter I've found, Kerrygold is the best.![]()
