Sprint Workout Equivalent in a small apartment?

    Hi Guys,

I'm looking for ideas for replicating a sprint workout without being outside, since it's pretty cold this time of year where I live. Any ideas?

I'd buy a small stationary bike that can handle the high level of exertion. Or a Versaclimber or Concept 2 Rower. But if all that's out of the question:

    Jump rope double unders
    Tuck Jumps
    Burpees

Are a few options that come readily to mind

I'd give burpees a try. If you're truly going all out you won't be doing them for long.

sixpackshortcuts is pretty annoying, but m-100's are pretty effective. 10 burpees, 10 double squat-squat jumps, 10 mountain climbers X3 finished with 10 more burpees for a total of 100 total reps. Rest and repeat 2-4 times

burpees, or even just squat thrusts (aka burpees with no jump). you'll be good to go.

All the above. And power jumps. Basically anything calisthenic can be treated as a sprint if you program it so. Some are largely pointless, like crunches. Program full body movements you can perform quickly and/or explosively and let the pain begin.
