I'll be heading up to ottawa soon, and I was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on the best places to get groceries! Where can I get grassfed beef, nitrate free bacon, almond flour, what does the farmer's market offer? Anything like that would be muchly appreciated

I'm not in Ottawa myself but there is this great store to get bacon at called Sasloves. They carry all sorts of great meats there. Their nitrate free pepperoni is killer!

And if you're looking for a decent burger, there's "The Works". You can ask for a grass-fed burger for a couple of bucks more I believe.
