I made some turky jerky based on Mark's recipe on the blog. Came out a bit dry but tasty. I will turn off the oven an hour earlier next time.
Here is my question. Anyone have an idea what the nutrional values are for this? (calories, fat grams, protien grams, carb grams). I want to post in my Fitday food log.
I looked to use something generic but most jerky's online have a significant carb count, probably due to the sugar.
