Can anyone please explain what Lp(a) is ? I'm in great health, good diet, work out daily, colestoral is good... but my Lp(a) is way higher than it should be. It is part of the colestoral measurement but I'm not sure what it means to my over all fitness and how I can improve it.

    Thanks

Also, who told you your Lp(a) was high? Do you mean outside the reference range? Or did your doctor make that statement?
