Up and running
Time to begin the assault on Mt. Healthy in full force. I have resolved this year to be my year of change for the body, and today is day one. My goal is simply a lifestyle of food sobriety. Beyond that I have no specific weight goals, etc. Just time to be present with what goes in the mouth, and not punt in favor of the quick rush of crap that I often shovel down the hatch.
Morning - 2 eggs, 2 sausage, all cooked in coconut oil. Coffee and water.
Sounds like a great place to start. I especially like the phrasing of food sobriety.
