Hey I am in the process of going primal but made an omlette today and saw that eggs have about 80% of daily cholesterol. I ate 2 and mixed it with egg beaters. How much cholesterol/fat is ok? I have read about people eating like 6-8 eggs/day. What are the effects on heart eating primal with this much cholesterol?

I eat about 20 a week, all at least free range chickens fed something like Flaxseeds to increase the eggs Omega-3.

3. I think that 2 or 3 is healthier than a dozen a day. And I also think that they absolutely should be pasture-raised free-range or omega 3 flax-fed eggs. But in that case yes, very healthy. Eat up.
