21 days and counting
l hope I can stick to this plan. At 35 l have very high blood pressure and a few other blood irregularates. I am gravely concerned for my health. A life of fast living,excessive alchahol consumption have got me here!
I Know weight is not Important but I weigh 115 Kg and have an estimated body fat of 30% .
Feel terrible, very hungover this morning . Weighed in at 114.7 KG.
