    No. However, I ate WAY too many cookies and chocolates. Not good.

    I was just going to start a thread about this!! It's absolutely shameful how much food (primal and not), I have shoved down my throat. Can't say that I regret it, though!! LOL! ;-)

    Oh shit

    Breakfast:
    3 pastured eggs
    .4 tbsp pastured butter
    2 pieces pastured bacon
    3 oz pastured sausage
    Small piece brownie
    4-5 small chocolate chip cookies

    Dinner:
    Lots of chicken, ham, sweet potato, salad, cheese, and vegetables

    Dessert:

    Overboard... Apple pie, 7 layer bars, ice cream, cookies, and tons of wine. I had to lay down for awhile. I go crazy on thanksgiving and Christmas and that's it I'm semi glad its over...

    i had noodles and chocolate galore. holy smokes was it bad. actually this entire week has been horrible. i can feel my insulin going wtf why u make us work!

    I ate heaps and enjoyed every mouthful.

    B: Croissants with berries and cream.

    L: Orange and clove glazed ham, potatoes and homemade spicy mayo, many varieties of salad. More of everything. At least three or four kinds of dessert - Christmas pudding with rum butter, coffee eclairs with toffee, mango cheesecake, cherry sauce.

    D: More ham, salad and potatoes; homemade icecream, softfreeze strawberries etc.

    It's a day for feasting, I love it.

    Cheese Omelet for brunch, one of the rare times my wife cooked.
    Dinner -GF burger, potato salad and green salad. Banana & almond butter after with some green tea.

    Days of gluttony are two years gone, don't fecking care about excuses or bs days of the year designed to screw with my health. Probably get to live a few extra healthy years, at least I hope it works that way.

    Skiing with my family instead of feasting but some of you guys' meals sound fantastic.

    HCLF: lean red meat, eggs, low-fat dairy, bone broth/gelatin, fruits, seafood, liver, small amount of starch (oatmeal, white rice, potatoes, carrots), small amount of saturated fat (butter/ghee/coconut/dark chocolate/cheese).
