No potatoes but lots of fruit - mainly grapes and apples. Doc did NOT make a big deal of glucose - I had to ask him to get the number. And hdl stayed the same.

Having a little trouble posting - new to forum. Tried to post results but it didn't seem to post. Will figure it out and post as soon as I can

I don't know that it'll help you with your question in particular, but the Protein Power blog of Dr. Mike Eades is pretty valuable when it comes to cholesterol issues. The comments after his articles are usually pretty enlightening, too. The Blog of Michael R. Eades, M.D. A critical look at nutritional science.

Photo attachments take a long time to get approval. If you could copy/paste the text to a post that'll show your results.
Would I be putting a grain-feed cow on a fad diet if I took it out of the feedlot and put it on pasture eating the grass nature intended?

Don't have text results - only a snag of them. I see the attachment when I look at the thread - not individual post.
