    Stupid question :/

I know this sounds ridiculous but is a splash of milk in one or two cups of tea a day a hindrance to weight loss, in any way? I'm in England and its winter! Thanks

Sounds negligible to me, assuming you don't have a severe dairy intolerance.

You'll never convince British people to put heavy cream in their tea. They're impervious to the logic of the whole thing.

Lol not sure where you get that idea. We grew up with cream for tea and coffee, until the parentals got convinced to use low fat milk by the cw police at some point in the 80s.

Primal scones are more of a challenge. Have to admit if I am ever going to cheat it will be a scone with butter, cream and jam on it....proper lush as we say down here in Gloucestershire
Man seeks to change the foods available in nature to suit his tastes, thereby putting an end to the very essence of life contained in them.
