Hello....I am thinking about all this meat i am eating and starting to wonder about Mad Cow Disease. I live in Italy, and I get my meat from a great butcher. They eat alot of steak tartare here ( very primal) but also, very raw....I want to eat the meat without fear....but I can't! Anyone got any info on mad cow?
