Anyone use Rest-Pause reps ?
Anyone use Rest-Pause reps ? If so then how do you do them, rest after every rep or rest after mini sets of say 3 reps etc ?
Not as such. The closest I've come was programming 3x15 with 30 second rests on certain exercises (primarily squats) and doing breathing squats. They don't really count, I guess, as the breathing counts are just a big ass eccentric pause rather than a true rest, but they're not far away given the muscles aren't under a huge amount of tension during the breaths.
