Leg Exercise - home gym - knee is painful
Good evening everyone, can I get some suggestions of leg exercises I can do while my knee soreness subsides (it just flared up this morning whilst doing squats). I use my home gym (good but basic), the outdoors and local park. Thanks in advance.
deadlifts. regular and sumo. and look up "Starr rehab protocol" if your injury is to a muscle belly. And quite possibly if it's not.

I'd try some weighted static holds in the sit position against a wall.
Where is the pain? Front, back, lateral? Behind the knee cap?
