    Jenni - Thanks for the encouraging words, being a bit strict about the 100 g of carbs because if I am not then I'll start getting around 150 range and then all hell breaks loose.

    My gym had a group outing, and stayed strictly Primal. Again too high on the carbs but since it is a weekend the diet usually goes a bit wacked. I'll get this back under control. Today marks the 3rd 10-day cycle of the Primal challenge.

    No exercise today, the gym went on a tour of Philadelphia Stadiums. In the evening we went to the Eagles game, wow stadium concessions are not Primal friendly. I was starving by the end of the day so around midnight I devoured a plate of beef and brocolli. Not a good time but I needed something.

    No exercise today. Kinda Primal today but didn't stay too strict. Sweet Cantalope, sweet soup and way too much trail mix caused my Carb count to be the highest it has been in this 30-day challenge. Going to another party tonight, I'll be a good boy and continue to drink my water.
