    Mentally I have broken this challenge to 3 10 day blocks. Today marks the end of the first third of the challenge. I'm losing my 'urge' for sweets at the end of the day and accepting that my last meal of the day should be around 7-8 pm and drink water if I'm still a bit hungry.

    WOW!!! I knew grapes had a lot of sugar in them but was not expecting that much. I'm going to have to monitor them a bit more. Watermelon and Grapes in the same day 56g of Carbs.

    Consumed WAY too many carbs with by using sweetend shredded coconut and a fried chicken on top of a salad. Bet this will show up on the scale tomorrow.

    After the move we went to a diner the entire group got ice cream. I passed! No craving for the sweets thanks Mark!!!

    Wow Triangle230! Your nutrition is off the charts! Way to go! Yes, you really blew it with those 4 extra grams of carbs (HA!) Don't worry, it's a marathon, not a sprint (gee, not the best metaphore for a primal lifestyle, but you get my drift!)
