Liquid Smoke (colgins) in primal recipes
How would I use Liquid smoke, hickory flavored, in a BBQ chicken? The brand is colgin and it claims its all natural, although I am not too concerned about that, it doesn't have any wheat so its fine.
So how can I make a decent BBQ chicken+sauce with that delicious smokey flavor, on either a weber or a grilling skillet?
I also need to use it in a brisket at some point.

I'm going to try making Son of Grok's sauce today, with a 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke. I just got a chimney starter, new apron, fire starter for the chimney starter and some new heat gloves.
