Those were my numbers, too, last time I checked. My HDL was higher, but it was high to start, went from 55-ish to 90-ish. Your HDL almost doubled, that's pretty awesome.
But I had also added coconut oil, which is known to raise LDL to horriffic levels. My numbers were great on bacon and tallow, etc., so I've cut out the coconut for now and will retest soon.
So if you're using coconut oil, maybe try dropping that and retest in a few months.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
