    Thanks DCKMB! I haven't done it in the past, mostly because I never have anything witty to say...however, if having one of these means possible free stuff, count me in! Maybe it will keep me on track a little more too. I've been off the wagon so to speak with the job loss.

    I'm with DCKMB... yay for PJAP having a journal!

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification


    You two are too sweet. Now I feel like I need to say something amazing...or, I could recommend someone with amazing things to say. This is my second favorite website (next to this one, of course).
