I almost did it again; I normally wash the salad and start prepping things as soon as I get home. That and I was super hungry. Lot of stuff from the commissary this time, as I still had enough meat and onions from the last market day. I didn't feel the need to brave the first FING SNOWSTORM of the season.

Actually, I forgot to pull out the oils and spices... NAILED IT.

I get most my meat ( & Dairy) from local butcher & Dairy so my "grocery " shop tends to look something like this.. (this was taken this summer so different fruit/veg available)
people in the supermarket don't realize I probably also have a freezer full of meat at home
Oh & the OJ, Milk & Katsup is hubbys
Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

Last week - yogurt, potatoes, and eggs with a few steaks tossed in.

This week - just eggs (in tallow) and potatoes, with kombucha to wash it down. Because I am a mad man.
The remainder is an unjustifiable, egotistical power struggle
At the expense of the American dream, American dream
    Of the American

We don`t give a damn about your world
    With all your global profits
    And all your jeweled pearls
We don`t give a damn about your world
    Right now, right now!

1 jar of EVCO (buy one or two a month)
Big container of organic baby spinach and mixed spring greens
    2 pounds of organic carrots
    2 pounds of mushrooms
    2 pounds of mixed peppers
    2 pounds of onions
    1 package of garlic
    1 package of green onions
    1 pound of zucchini
    1 butternut squash
    2 stalks of celery
    A couple sweet potatoes

This is just the food I pick out. If I added in the food my wife and son eat, it would be a longer list. I don't live real close to my grocery store so I buy enough to avoid having to go shopping again until next week. Sometimes my food will carry me over into the next week.
